STAYING SAFE

While we are an inviting and welcoming environment and happy to open our doors to everyone, we also know that we are in the grip of a global pandemic and we are taking the situation very seriously. To ensure the safety of everyone's health, we will be abiding by the following safe management measures as recommended by the health and sporting authorities of Singapore.

As you look through the list of measures below, we ask that you read them with a good attitude, understanding the risks and responsibilities of these times. Thank you.

1. ENTRY TO FACILITIES

Online Reservations System and Payment

Due to limited capacity in our facilities, you are highly encouraged to book your time online to guarantee your skate session. Payment for your session will be made online and for any equipment rental, contactless payment will be available over the counter.

Check-In, Check-Out

In addition to our normal check-in procedure, skaters are now required to check-out once they are done with their session so that we may better monitor capacity within the facility. To facilitate contact tracing, skaters are also required to check-in and out via the TraceTogether application or token.

Temperature screening

Mandatory temperature screening for all skaters will be conducted upon entry. We reserve the right to turn away persons with temperatures above 37.5 deg C and/or persons displaying signs of respiratory symptoms.

If you are currently serving a Quarantine Order (QO), Stay Home Notice (SHN), or Leave of Absence (LOA), OR have been in contact with a suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19, please stay at home. If you are unwell, seek medical assistance immediately.

2. FACILITY AND STAFF PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Cleaning and Sanitisation

Facilities and common areas will be cleaned and sanitised throughout the day and our staff will be cleaning more as well.

Rental Equipment

Rental safety gear will be disinfected before they are rented out again. You are encouraged to bring your own personal equipment as this additional disinfection procedure could result in a limited amount of rentals available.

Staff

All staff on duty will undergo temperature screening twice a day. They will be required to wear masks during their shifts and adhere to our hygiene guidelines.

3. PERSONAL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Personal Hygiene

Wash/sanitise your hands before, during and after your skate session. Ample hand sanitisers are available at the facilities. Please refrain from using your hands to cover your coughs and sneezes. Instead, cough or sneeze into the bend of your arm or a tissue and dispose of it properly.

We also advise against walking barefooted in the facility and recommend wearing socks when doing so.

Masks

Wearing a mask is required in the park when not skating. Masks may be removed for strenuous activities, but we highly recommend keeping your mask on when not skating. Avoid touching your face or adjusting your masks. Masks should cover your nose, mouth and chin, without leaving gaps on the sides.

Safe Distancing

  • Observe the floor markers while queueing to enter the facility.

  • Observe the seating markers while chilling or having a drink.

  • When resting, maintain a distance of at least 2m away from other skaters.

  • Refrain from congregating as a group (>2 pax).

  • Come dressed for skating to reduce congregation in the changing rooms.

4. SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR PROGRAMMES AND CLASSES

In addition to the above Safe Management Measures, additional measures for programmes and classes are as follows:

Reduced Group Sizes

  • While individual classes will carry on with 1 instructor and 1 participant, grouped Programmes and classes will be temporarily suspended.
